exercise plan for beginners

Starting out on a weight-loss journey we all can use a plan, sometimes if you have a basic routine for exercise it makes it easier to follow and keep up.
That why people with personal trainers are destined to accomplish their goals, because when someone tells us what we have to do it makes it easier to know what we have to do.

Here is a 30 day challenge work out to get us all started! it's pretty simple and easy to do everyday.

  1. Working out doesn't really need a personal trainer,. If you wanna lose weight and your goal is to lose weight in about a month I think what you need is self discipline, monitor what you eat, have a meal plan and motivate yourself or challenge yourself for you to achieve your goal to lose weight. Your 30 day challenge plan is a very big help and gives motivation to achieve ones goal to lose weight. Thanks for posting this.
