Setting a healthy Goal

Why not use a health weight chart to see what your ideal body weight should be. It's great as a guideline, but remember that muscle tissue weighs more than fat per volume.
Using a chart Like this one well Help us set a healthy goal weight.
So lets set a goal, something reasonable and healthy, As we all know we all have ups and downs when it comes to losing weight and trying to keep it off.
Just know you are not alone, I too am on a struggling path to that ideal weight & together we well find our strength and confidence.
